All custom orders are non-refundable 24 hours after purchase. Each order is custom made to order and not stock parts which can be resold.
No returns are accepted for custom order items. Please verify all order details before placing an order as we are not responsible for fixing orders that are incorrecty placed. Any errors made on our part will be corrected in a timely manner. Pre-built items hold a 15 day return policy. Buyer pays for return shipping unless there is an error made on our part with the item. Any returns must be sent back in the condition they were received. Returned packages must be sent insured for the purchase price.
Please note, our stated turn around times are approximate. We try to get each order out as soon as possible and try to make each and every customer's experience a positive one. Being a small business, our resources are limited when unexpected things interfere with opperations such as equipment issues, personal affairs as well as sick days, etc. We try to adjust our stated turn-around times as needed, but in the rare case there are issues that come up with an existing order, we simply promise to do our best at getting the order out as soon as possible. Though we use technology to cut the parts for the covers, there is a lot of work that needs to be done by hand and the work is time consuming. If you have time restrictions, please contact us before placing an order to see if we can meet your timeline and contract with a set delivery date.
