At this time, I do not offer phone support. I do not take orders over the phone. I run an online business and utilize modern communication methods to not only streamline day to day operations, but also offer my customers the best service I can. Since I am so busy making customer’s orders, I am running loud equipment all day and need to focus on the tasks at hand. There are also days I work odd hours to be available to my family. I could raise my prices and hire someone to sit by the phone all day. I do not feel that is the best option for my customers. I handle all communications myself so I can ensure my customers are getting quality information right from the source. In this day and age of immediate gratification on everything, quality is severely lacking, especially in customer service. It might not be an immediate response, but I can ensure you it will be accurate! I try to reply to emails as quickly as I can. If you do not hear back within 24 hours, please feel free to follow up. Once in a while I can miss something. Though I do my best to get questions answered and orders out quickly, my priority is providing my customers with not only a good value, but a quality product. That includes the service that comes with it. To offer that quality, it takes time and that time is not always immediately available. By communicating by email, we can also be ensured that your order will be accurate as it gives me the ability to refer back to any details discussed in the future. I am asking customers to reserve phone calls for billing issues as required by my payment processor.
